A Howard and sons Chesterfield sofa C1865. Fully restored and reupholstered sofa by Howard and sons including new bushes in the original casters so they rotate like new. Correct serial numbers on back leg and original C&C strong patent casters as this sofa predates Howard stamping their name on the casters. Remnants of original Howard ticking on sofa frame. Upholstered in Henna Montepulciano fabric by Watts 1874.
