1920s Oak refectory table

Oak refectory table made by Hammer Brothers C1930. Hammer Brothers manufactured Government furniture and this table was almost certainly built for a government or military department or school canteen. The tables long {8ft} and narrow dimensions make it ideal for rooms of these proportions. Refinished oak with attractive grain pattern and in completely solid condition. Comfortably sits 8 but can seat 10 as illustrated in the final photo (chairs not included)
